The building has 2 security doors on entry (external and internal). The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, no lift.

The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with refrigerator, oven/microwave, hot plates and dishwasher.
The bathroom is also newly renovated with shower and basin (hair dryer included). The toilet is separate as is the laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

The contemporary leather sofa converts to a double bed – this folds out ready-made with linen. The apartment has panel heating and all towels and linen are provided.

The neighbourhood:
This apartment is located in the heart of The Marais, the oldest neighbourhood in Paris. The Marais is a vibrant area renown for its boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants. It converts to a pedestrian zone on Sundays when all of Paris comes to browse the galleries or sit at a bar and watch the world go by. The apartment is less than a minutes walk from St Paul village with it’s antique market and gourmet food shops. The apartment is a three minute walk to the beautiful Place des Vosges, the oldest square in Paris, and a five minute walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. It is also a short walk to Marche Bastille, Paris’ largest open-air market held every Thursday and Sunday.

The apartment is fabulously placed for transport. Less than a minutes walk from the front door of the building, takes you to the St Paul metro stop. This metro line joins several of the major Parisian landmarks including the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Elysees, the Place de la Concorde, Jardin de Tuileries and the Louvre.

There is a bus stop a short distance from the metro stop that will take you directly to the Eiffel Tower, passing Musee d’Orsay on the way.
